MUSIC

A TRADITION OF EXCELLENCE

St. Andrew's has a long history of making and hosting excellent music. The Parish Choir leads the music worship in the church through Sunday services and Evensong. They also lead seasonal events such as Christmas Lessons and Carols.

The choir is accompanied by an organ that is unique in the Pittsburgh area. The E.M. Skinner organ was built in 1912, rebuilt in 1991, and it retains much of its character as an English Romantic instrument.

The church has hosted many concert programs over the years and will continue to do so. Events for the season can be found in the posters and the Musical Offerings list below.
